烏克蘭傳統禮節介紹
在烏(wu)克(ke)蘭,烏(wu)克(ke)蘭族 / 俄羅斯(si)族是注重禮節的民族,在日(ri)常生(sheng)活(huo)和待人接物上都保持著(zhu)民族特(te)有的傳統禮節。
1、問候
烏克蘭(lan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)/俄(e)羅斯(si)人(ren)(ren)(ren)常(chang)用(yong)的問(wen)(wen)(wen)候(hou)語是(shi)“您好(hao)”、“你(ni)好(hao)”。他們認為,兩人(ren)(ren)(ren)相遇(yu)時(shi),一(yi)定要問(wen)(wen)(wen)好(hao);在咖啡(fei)館或飯店里用(yong)餐時(shi),也(ye)要與同桌和(he)先(xian)進來的人(ren)(ren)(ren)問(wen)(wen)(wen)好(hao),然后再入(ru)座;問(wen)(wen)(wen)路時(shi),也(ye)要先(xian)問(wen)(wen)(wen)好(hao)。在農村,人(ren)(ren)(ren)們至(zhi)今還保持著向陌生(sheng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)問(wen)(wen)(wen)好(hao)的習慣(guan)。
2、親吻
親(qin)吻也是烏克(ke)蘭-俄羅斯的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種傳統禮節。在隆重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)場合(he),國家領導人(ren)見(jian)面時(shi),為表示(shi)尊敬和友好(hao)(hao),一(yi)般擁(yong)(yong)抱親(qin)吻,吻對方的(de)(de)(de)臉頰三次,先左后(hou)右再左。在比較(jiao)隆重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)場合(he),有(you)時(shi)男(nan)(nan)士(shi)彎腰吻女士(shi)的(de)(de)(de)右手背,表示(shi)尊重(zhong)。好(hao)(hao)友相見(jian)時(shi),婦女一(yi)般擁(yong)(yong)抱,有(you)時(shi)親(qin)吻,男(nan)(nan)人(ren)則只是擁(yong)(yong)抱。親(qin)兄親(qin)姐(jie)妹重(zhong)逢或分別時(shi),要(yao)擁(yong)(yong)抱親(qin)吻。
3、送(song)禮(li)品
逢年過節或喜慶日時(shi),烏克蘭/俄(e)羅斯人(ren)講究(jiu)向親(qin)朋好友贈(zeng)送禮(li)(li)物(wu)。禮(li)(li)物(wu)可因(yin)人(ren)而異,他們(men)認為(wei)最好的(de)(de)禮(li)(li)物(wu)是鮮花(hua)。贈(zeng)送鮮花(hua)時(shi)要注意,鮮花(hua)的(de)(de)枝(zhi)數只是單(dan)(dan)數,因(yin)人(ren)們(men)認為(wei)單(dan)(dan)數吉(ji)利(li),偶(ou)數不吉(ji)利(li),只有在有人(ren)去(qu)世(shi)時(shi)才送枝(zhi)數為(wei)偶(ou)數的(de)(de)花(hua)束。常送的(de)(de)花(hua)有康乃馨和(he)郁金香。
選擇(ze)禮物時須注意:不要(yao)(yao)給朋(peng)友送(song)刀,烏克蘭/俄羅斯人認(ren)為(wei)(wei)刀會切斷(duan)友誼。若(ruo)要(yao)(yao)接(jie)受(shou)朋(peng)友送(song)的刀,須象征(zheng)性地給一(yi)點錢;不要(yao)(yao)送(song)空(kong)錢包(bao),因為(wei)(wei)空(kong)錢包(bao)被認(ren)為(wei)(wei)是一(yi)貧(pin)如洗的象征(zheng),如要(yao)(yao)送(song),一(yi)定要(yao)(yao)在錢包(bao)里(li)象征(zheng)性地放一(yi)點錢,意思(si)是祝愿對(dui)方永遠有錢。
4、尊重(zhong)婦女
烏克蘭/俄羅斯人有(you)尊重婦女(nv)的(de)美(mei)德,上公共(gong)汽車、上下(xia)樓(lou)梯、過(guo)時(shi)出房間(jian)時(shi),男(nan)(nan)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)讓(rang)女(nv)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)先行,并(bing)為其開(kai)(kai)門,即使對不(bu)認識(shi)的(de)女(nv)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)也要(yao)如此。在(zai)(zai)劇院的(de)衣(yi)帽間(jian)里,男(nan)(nan)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)為女(nv)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)脫穿大衣(yi),入場(chang)時(shi)為女(nv)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)路并(bing)找座(zuo)位,而(er)且(qie)女(nv)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)落(luo)座(zuo)男(nan)(nan)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)也不(bu)能坐。男(nan)(nan)女(nv)同行時(shi),男(nan)(nan)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空(kong)手,而(er)讓(rang)女(nv)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)拎重物是不(bu)允許的(de);并(bing)且(qie)男(nan)(nan)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)走在(zai)(zai)女(nv)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)左側,對她進行保護,讓(rang)她處在(zai)(zai)最安全的(de)位置;女(nv)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)橫穿馬路時(shi),男(nan)(nan)士(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)送。
5、在公共場合
在(zai)公(gong)共(gong)場合,如(ru)在(zai)影劇院中,烏克蘭/俄羅斯人(ren)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)大(da)聲(sheng)喧嘩,也不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)隨地(di)吐痰,亂(luan)扔垃圾。觀眾一般都準時(shi)入(ru)場,安靜地(di)觀看節(jie)目,如(ru)有(you)人(ren)遲到,要面對同排的觀眾悄(qiao)悄(qiao)入(ru)座,并(bing)向對方(fang)致歉,背對著(zhu)同排的觀眾擠進(jin)去是不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)禮貌(mao)的。在(zai)公(gong)共(gong)場合不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能挖鼻孔、伸懶腰、抓(zhua)癢、大(da)聲(sheng)咳(ke)嗽,如(ru)要咳(ke)嗽,須用(yong)手帕(pa)捂住嘴,小聲(sheng)咳(ke)。交談時(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)宜用(yong)食(shi)指指點對方(fang)和他人(ren);不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)宜當(dang)著(zhu)其(qi)他人(ren)與某人(ren)用(yong)別人(ren)聽不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)懂(dong)的語言說話。乘坐公(gong)共(gong)汽車、地(di)鐵時(shi)應主動(dong)為(wei)老人(ren)、病人(ren)、殘疾人(ren)、孕婦和兒童讓座。
6、烏克蘭用餐禮節禮儀介紹
烏克蘭/俄羅斯人進(jin)餐時(shi),采取分餐制,使(shi)用(yong)刀(dao)叉(cha)。刀(dao)叉(cha)的擺(bai)放位(wei)置(zhi)是(shi):叉(cha)子(zi)(zi)在(zai)(zai)盤(pan)碟的左邊,刀(dao)和羹匙(chi)在(zai)(zai)右(you)邊,酒杯在(zai)(zai)盤(pan)碟的前面,用(yong)餐者應右(you)手拿刀(dao),左手拿叉(cha)。吃完一(yi)(yi)道(dao)菜后,將刀(dao)叉(cha)并(bing)排(pai)放在(zai)(zai)盤(pan)上(shang)把(ba)兒朝(chao)右(you),服務(wu)員會把(ba)它們收走(zou)。如果(guo)下一(yi)(yi)道(dao)菜還要使(shi)用(yong)刀(dao)叉(cha),盤(pan)子(zi)(zi)左右(you)沒有備(bei)用(yong)的刀(dao)叉(cha),就要把(ba)刀(dao)叉(cha)放在(zai)(zai)桌子(zi)(zi)上(shang)。
在(zai)正(zheng)式的(de)宴會上,每吃(chi)(chi)一道菜要換一副刀(dao)叉(cha),一般所有(you)(you)的(de)刀(dao)叉(cha)都先擺在(zai)盤(pan)子(zi)的(de)兩側和上方,吃(chi)(chi)飯(fan)時按由外(wai)及里的(de)順序使用,有(you)(you)多(duo)少副刀(dao)叉(cha)就說明有(you)(you)多(duo)少道菜。吃(chi)(chi)不(bu)同的(de)食(shi)物用不(bu)同的(de)叉(cha),吃(chi)(chi)魚用三(san)齒叉(cha),其他用四(si)齒叉(cha),吃(chi)(chi)涼菜的(de)叉(cha)比較小,吃(chi)(chi)熱菜的(de)叉(cha)比較大。
用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)時(shi)(shi)(shi)須(xu)注(zhu)意的是,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同的食物有不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同的吃(chi)(chi)法:面(mian)(mian)條(tiao)、魚、雞(ji)蛋(dan)(dan)、布(bu)丁和果凍不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能用(yong)(yong)(yong)刀(dao)切(qie)后食用(yong)(yong)(yong)。吃(chi)(chi)面(mian)(mian)條(tiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)右(you)手拿(na)餐(can)叉(cha)(cha)叉(cha)(cha)起(qi)兩三根(gen)面(mian)(mian)條(tiao),然(ran)后旋轉餐(can)叉(cha)(cha),將(jiang)(jiang)面(mian)(mian)條(tiao)卷在(zai)(zai)餐(can)叉(cha)(cha)上再送入(ru)口(kou)中(zhong),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)嘴吸面(mian)(mian)條(tiao),更不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)發出聲(sheng)響;吃(chi)(chi)魚時(shi)(shi)(shi),左手拿(na)一(yi)(yi)塊(kuai)面(mian)(mian)包按住魚塊(kuai),右(you)手拿(na)餐(can)叉(cha)(cha)剔除魚刺(ci)后再吃(chi)(chi);吃(chi)(chi)煮雞(ji)蛋(dan)(dan)時(shi)(shi)(shi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能將(jiang)(jiang)雞(ji)蛋(dan)(dan)在(zai)(zai)桌(zhuo)子(zi)上敲(qiao)醉(zui),而(er)要(yao)(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)羹匙先將(jiang)(jiang)雞(ji)蛋(dan)(dan)大(da)頭的蛋(dan)(dan)殼(ke)敲(qiao)碎(sui),剝下這一(yi)(yi)部分(fen)的蛋(dan)(dan)殼(ke),然(ran)后用(yong)(yong)(yong)羹匙挖著(zhu)吃(chi)(chi);吃(chi)(chi)煎(jian)雞(ji)蛋(dan)(dan)時(shi)(shi)(shi),煎(jian)得(de)嫩(nen)的用(yong)(yong)(yong)羹匙吃(chi)(chi),煎(jian)得(de)老(lao)的用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)叉(cha)(cha)吃(chi)(chi);喝(he)湯時(shi)(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)羹匙的尖正對著(zhu)嘴,把湯送入(ru)口(kou)中(zhong),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能用(yong)(yong)(yong)嘴直不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能用(yong)(yong)(yong)嘴直接從(cong)湯盤中(zhong)喝(he),更不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能發出響聲(sheng),羹匙要(yao)(yao)一(yi)(yi)直放(fang)在(zai)(zai)湯盤中(zhong),直到(dao)喝(he)完;吃(chi)(chi)肉(rou)排時(shi)(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)將(jiang)(jiang)餐(can)叉(cha)(cha)的齒朝下叉(cha)(cha)住肉(rou)排,再用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)刀(dao)切(qie)一(yi)(yi)塊(kuai)吃(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)塊(kuai),也(ye)可一(yi)(yi)次將(jiang)(jiang)肉(rou)排切(qie)成(cheng)數塊(kuai),然(ran)后用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)及(ji)吃(chi)(chi),切(qie)記不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可極不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)雅觀(guan)地(di)在(zai)(zai)盤中(zhong)轉來轉去地(di)切(qie);吃(chi)(chi)雞(ji)鴨時(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)刀(dao)叉(cha)(cha)并用(yong)(yong)(yong),只有平時(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)家中(zhong)才可以用(yong)(yong)(yong)手拿(na)著(zhu)吃(chi)(chi);面(mian)(mian)包不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)必(bi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)刀(dao)切(qie),可用(yong)(yong)(yong)手掰著(zhu)吃(chi)(chi)。
就餐時(shi)不要大聲談笑(xiao),切忌手持刀(dao)叉做手勢:舉杯(bei)飲酒時(shi)應(ying)用右手,嚼東西時(shi)要閉嘴,不能(neng)嚼出聲來;在(zai)宴(yan)席上,男(nan)人應(ying)照顧自己旁邊的婦(fu)女(nv)(nv);飯后,如(ru)女(nv)(nv)主人請客(ke)人喝咖(ka)啡或茶時(shi),客(ke)人應(ying)將杯(bei)子(zi)遞過去。
